Submission of a booking request through our website does not constitute a confirmed reservation. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and finalize booking details. A reservation becomes binding only after you receive written confirmation from us.
Full payment is required at least 14 days before your scheduled experience. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. If booking within 14 days of your experience date, immediate payment is required to confirm your reservation.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled experience receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations between 14 and 30 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable unless we can fill your spot with another guest.
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel experiences due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling options or full refunds. We are not liable for travel expenses or other costs incurred if an experience must be cancelled.
Participants must accurately represent their fitness level and any medical conditions that might affect their ability to safely complete an experience. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we determine that an individual's physical condition or preparation is insufficient for the selected activity.
Wilderness activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage. By participating in our experiences, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold geyser-lynx and its guides harmless from claims arising from normal risks associated with outdoor activities.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your experience. We are not responsible for injuries or losses resulting from participant negligence, failure to follow guide instructions, or risks inherent to wilderness activities that cannot be eliminated through reasonable safety measures.
Photos and videos taken during experiences may be used for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out. If you prefer not to appear in marketing materials, inform your guide at the beginning of your experience.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by geyser-lynx or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written authorization.
Participants are expected to treat guides, other guests, and natural environments with respect. Behavior that endangers others, damages ecosystems, or disrupts the experience for other participants may result in removal from an expedition without refund.
Most experiences require participants to be at least 18 years old. Some activities allow younger participants when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Age requirements are specified in individual experience descriptions.
We provide specialized safety equipment for all experiences. Participants are responsible for bringing appropriate personal clothing and items specified in pre-trip preparation materials. Rental options for certain gear are available upon request.
We strongly recommend that all participants carry travel insurance that covers outdoor recreational activities. Verify that your policy includes medical evacuation coverage, as wilderness locations may be far from medical facilities.
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
